EIGHT HOMES IN CONSTANTIA ESTATE

EIGHT new luxury homes are under construction in a boutique security estate, 29 Klein Constantia in Constantia, and will offer a secure and healthy lifestyle surrounded by the beautiful mountains and vineyards of the Constantia Valley.

On average, each double-storey home is 370m² in size and has a private pool set in a 535m² landscaped garden, says Steven Holvec, developments and commercial manager for Seeff Southern Suburbs. The estate also boasts landscaped communal grounds, walkways and public areas.

Prices range from R11.995 million, including VAT with no transfer duty payable, and the estate comes with top-class security with a 24-hour guarded gate house and single entry access control. Each home offers double-glazed windows with “Intruderprufe” film, a choice of Hans Grohe fittings, a Smeg oven and extractor and crystallite basins and baths.

The homes will also be fibre and “Smart Spaces Home Automation” ready, Holvec says.
