SIMON’S TOWN IS NEW FAMILY SPOT

-

ONCE viewed as a sleepy coastal village favoured by retirees, Simon’s Town is rapidly establishing itself as an attractive suburb for families as well, says Pam Golding Properties.

“We are seeing increased buyer interest from families wanting to enjoy seaside living and the value for money that Simon’s Town offers,” says Rosalie Jack, an agent in the area.

“Many homes are within walking distance of the sea and mountain, and the area offers a mix of properties, from historic cottages to luxury homes.”

Alan Dunlop, also a Pam Golding Properties agent for Simon’s Town, says Harbour Bay Shopping Centre has boosted the area. The development will include a medical centre, retirement village and residential units.
