PROACTIVE Wills & Estates is a boutique fiduciary company specialising in wills and deceased estates.The company is situated in Milnerton and has three staff members, with more than 40 years of experience each.

We are a member of FISA (Fiduciary Institute of South Africa), the watch-dog body over fiduciary matters in the country. Owner Paula Bongers has achieved the FPSA Certificate (Fiduciary Practitioner of South Africa) and has been in business as a sole proprietor since 2002.

Individuals: Our aim is to support clients through a difficult period, by taking responsibility for the administration side of the estate when they lose a loved one. We know this is a challenging period for anyone to go through, and are sensitive to the individual situation. We aim to keep our clients advised throughout the process. We are always available if they should have any problems.

Business owners: As a business owner, you will receive all of the services mentioned above. As an added benefit, we provide business owners with advice on business succession plans by completing your business questionnaire.

We discuss important areas pertaining to your business: that is who can manage your business if something happens to you, any potential purchasers of your business, how your bank account will continue operating; and we will be providing an additional service to our business owners if you require a consultation with regard to drawing up a Plan B for your business. In our experience, it is important to have a plan of action in place.
