VIRTUAL CARNIVAL

A CARIBBEAN soca dancer displays her costume as she promotes the first digital Notting Hill Carnival yesterday. The normal Carnival festivities in Britain were cancelled due to the continued spread of the coronavirus disease. Instead, organisers have spent a month filming acts to be broadcast over the internet this weekend, hoping to keep the spirit of the Carnival alive and attract a wider audience.
