DREAM IT AND CREATE IT – A COMMUNITY HALL WITH DIVERSE POTENTIAL

-

A COMMUNITY hall in Belhar with diverse development potential will be auctioned by Knights Auctioneers on site at 86 Agapanthus Crescent at 11am on September 23, with Covid-19 regulations in place.

Belhar, in the Bellville area, is about 24km from the Cape Town CBD.

Dave Kinleyside, of Knights, says the 475m2 community hall has substantial scope for development: “The new owner could add one or two more storeys to turn the property into student accommodation, which is lucrative and very much in demand. The hall has been used as a supermarket, church and community centre.”

The building has an entrance leading to the lobby and the large hall and stage, all carpeted. The spacious kitchen is tiled and includes two walk-in chillers. There are two carpeted large offices, a storeroom and ablution facilities. There are three entrances, triple-phase electricity and on-site parking. The owner is retiring.

Viewing is on September 16 and 22 from 5pm to 6pm, and can be arranged with Kinleyside at 083 955 4724 or email dave@knightsauctioneers. com or visit www.knightsauctioneers.com. | Auctions Writer
