A BOUTIQUE hotel in Gordon’s Bay is set to come under the Michael James hammer on Friday, March 19, at 11.15am. The auction will take place on site at 34 Chapman Avenue, Mountainsi­de.

The first floor of the triplestor­ey building has a:
