BKB WILL be auctioning a smallholding near Piketberg. The live, as well as online, sale will be on-site on March 16.

The 5.8 hectare property has a spacious home consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, openplan kitchen/dining room and a laundry.

It has a flatlet, swimming pool, double garage and a well-kept garden with an automated irrigation system.

There are paddocks; a large, neat shed; a lean-to; stables and a feed store. There is municipal and borehole water.

The smallholding is divided into eight camps which have water.
