Sales to get the motor revving

MICHAEL James Organisation will be holding two auctions over the coming weeks.

First up will be a sale of repossessed vehicles, at its premises at 57 Church Street, Somerset West. The auction is on Thursday at 10.30am.

Among the vehicles to go under the hammer will be a 2010 MercedesBenz CLC 200 K, 2016 Tata Xenon 2.2 Dicor D/C, 2013 Volkswagen Polo Vivo 1.4, 2009 BMW 320i Auto, 2012 Ford Everest 3.0 TDCi, 2019 Volkswagen Polo 1.0 TSi, 2019 Renault Kwid 1.0, 2014 Nissan NP200 1.6, 2015 Hyundai Elantra1.6 and a 2017 Honda CRF 1000 Africa Twin.

Viewing will be on Monday to Wednesday from 9am to 3pm at the Asset Auction Centre premises.

The next sale, of a business site in Parow, will be onsite at 18 Market Street on Wednesday, March 2, at 11.15am.

The 833m² stand is improved with a home which has been converted into offices and a partially covered warehouse. There are three offices/rooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom.

The property is fenced and has a steel gate. It is close to all amenities and to major routes.

Viewing is on Wednesday from 10am to noon.
