Guest house is going concern

Weekend Argus (Sunday Edition) - - AUCTIONS -

A DOUBLE-storey guest house in Strandfontein will be sold fully furnished as a going concern on December 19 at Rawson Auctions Western Cape’s next multiple property auction.

The 523m² property, (pictured) known as Van Eeden Accommodation, is at 10 Galjoen Street, Louis Rood, and comprises four units, each with a bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining area and braai facilities. The guest house includes a separate laundry, two garages and four secure parking bays, says Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions Western Cape.

The accommodation is already registered with travel and accommodation companies.

“Strandfontein has evolved from a small rural beach resort to a bustling tourist hub, most notably when the wild flowers bloom in late July to September,” says Jovanovski.

The property will be auctioned at noon on December 19 at the Rawson Property Group head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch.
