Lying on your back with legs bent, place your hands under the small of your back and lift your feet off the ground so your knees are over your torso (A). Contract your abs, pulling your knees towards your chest, and lower your feet without letting your toes touch the ground (B), then repeat. Avoid swinging your thighs or raising your hips; this is a very small movement.
