TRICEPS DIP

TONES ARMS AND BACK

Sit on the edge of a bench with hands grasping the edge, heels on the ground. Walk your feet forwards a few steps and shift your hips just off the bench (A). Bend your elbows back as you lower your hips to below bench level (B). Straighten your arms, pressing your body back up. (If your shoulders feel strained, don’t dip as low.)
