WORKOUT AT A GLANCE
YOU’LL NEED: One flat exercise band, about 1.8m in length, or two shorter ones tied together, medium resistance (available at sporting goods stores, like Sportsmans Warehouse or MRP Sport). HOW TO DO IT Perform three sets of eight reps of each exercise in the order listed, resting 30 seconds between sets, then repeat the sequence one more time. Aim to do this routine two or three times per week.
