Becky Pu­lane Mo­tumo is def­i­nitely a strong con­tender for mem­ber­ship to the yummy mummy squad. And it’s en­tirely fit­ting since it was af­ter her son’s birth that she started the fit­ness jour­ney that she has fallen so heav­ily in love with. “I re­alised that I had put on a lot of weight and it was cou­pled with de­pres­sion. But all I wanted was to be the mom who would be able to keep up with an en­er­getic boy and play sports with him.” We’re su­per in­spired by how Becky keeps her mommy du­ties on lock­down, while jug­gling her hec­tic work sched­ule and still find­ing time to keep a well-bal­anced and healthy life­style.
