Hold your arms out to your sides at shoul­der-height, with a weight in each hand. As you jump, turn your feet to the left as your left arm bends hor­i­zon­tally and right arm re­mains straight (A). Switch by jump­ing and turn­ing your feet to the right, as your left arm straight­ens and right arm bends to­wards it (B). That’s one rep. Do as many as you can.
