GRAIN SALAD WITH GREEN TAHINI SAUCE
From the pantry: Janse and Co. pickled peppers 500 ml
The General Store green tahini sauce 250 ml
Hemelhuijs truffle Dijon mustard 200 ml
Slippery Spoon pickle party in a jar 500 ml
Chefs Warehouse at Maison sultana chutney 50 ml
Heat 2 x 250 g sachets Woolworths seven-grain medley, then mix with 2 T pickled peppers, 2 T sultana chutney and half the green tahini sauce. Serve with sourdough bread topped with the truffle mustard and pickles.
