SERVING SUGGESTION:

Cook Woolworths’ gammon according

to package instructions. After boiling, score the skin in a diamond pattern and cover with the glaze of your choice (we used the cherryand-brandy glaze, and added extra fresh cherries). Grill until caramelised and sticky. Serve with extra glaze and mustard on the side.
