STEAKS 2 T-bone steaks,

3 cm thick salt and freshly ground black pep­per 15 ml (1 T) Worces

ter sauce 60 ml (¼ c) BBQ

sauce 30 ml (2 T) gar­lic

but­ter SAUCE 15 ml (1 T) oil 125 g mush­rooms,

sliced 2 gar­lic cloves,

chopped 125 ml (½ c) sour

cream hand­ful grated

Parme­san cheese TO SERVE 2 thin slices

Ched­dar cheese freshly baked bread

rolls to serve 1 Steaks Sea­son the steaks on both sides with salt, pep­per and Worces­ter sauce 2 Braai the steaks over hot coals while bast­ing with BBQ sauce Braai each side for 3-4 min­utes or un­til cooked as pre­ferred (see cook­ing tips on page 20) 3 Spoon the gar­lic but­ter over the steaks Set aside to rest for 10 min­utes 4 Sauce Heat the oil and fry the mush­rooms and gar­lic un­til done, about 3 min­utes Add the sour cream and sim­mer un­til slightly thick­ened, for about 3 min­utes Add the Parme­san cheese and stir till melted 5 To serve Place the cheese on the steaks and spoon the sauce over Serve with rolls
