Mustard wings
15 ml (1 T) sesame oil 80-125 ml (¹⁄₃-½ c)
honey
7-15 ml (½-1 T) Chinese five-spice mix
45-60 ml (3-4 T) soy
sauce
16 chicken wings toasted sesame seeds 1 Mix the oil, honey, spice mix and soy sauce.
2 Brush the wings with the mixture while braaiing over moderate coals.
3 Sprinkle the sesame seeds over when they’re done.
