Open tomato tartlets

1 roll (400 g) puff pastry

2-3 large tomatoes, sliced

15 ml (1 T) balsamic reduction salt and freshly ground pepper

2 rounds feta cheese, coarsely crumbled 10 g fresh basil, coarsely chopped

Grease a clean folding grid with nonstick spray.

1 Cut the pastry into 10 cm rounds. Arrange on the cold grid and top each with a tomato slice. Drizzle balsamic reduction over. Season with salt and pepper. 2 Close the braai grid and braai over moderate coals for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and done.

3 Remove the tartlets from the grid and sprinkle the feta cheese over. Garnish with basil.
