Stuffed mushrooms

12 medium brown mushrooms

12 onion slices

12 tomato slices

30 ml (2 T) garlic and herb

seasoning

30 ml (2 T) dried rosemary 100 g cheese, grated

1 Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Place the mushrooms on a work surface, with the gill side

up. Put a slice of onion and a slice of tomato on each mushroom.

2 Sprinkle the seasoning and rosemary over, followed by the cheese.

3 Push a cocktail stick into each mushroom to secure the filling and braai on the cap side only over moderate coals until done. Remove the cocktail stick when done.
