Stuffed pineapples
6 bananas
2 bars (49 g each) Peppermint Crisp
chocolate, roughly chopped
100 g mixed nuts, roughly chopped ice cream to serve
Grease a foil dish with butter or margarine.
1 Slice the bananas lengthways and place in the foil dish.
2 Sprinkle the chocolate and nuts over and place over moderate coals for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate has melted and the bananas are browned.
3 Serve with ice cream.
