Chocolate surprise

5 slabs (80 g each) dark chocolate, broken into pieces 250 ml (1 c) cream

4 egg whites 1 Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.

2 Whip the cream until soft peaks form and fold into the melted chocolate.

3 Whip the egg whites until peaks form and fold lightly into the chocolate mixture.

4 Divide among 6 bowls and chill overnight to set.
