Mini braai toasts

5-10 min 45 ml (3 T) soft butter

1 long French loaf, halved

lengthways

500 g boerewors, braaied

and cut into bite-size pieces 4 guavas, cut into wedges 30 ml (2 T) balsamic reduction 1 Spread butter on the bread. Arrange on a braai grid and braai until golden brown on both sides.

2 Transfer the toasts to a serving plate. Top with the boerewors pieces and guava wedges.

3 Drizzle the balsamic reduction over and serve.
