125 ml (½ c) an­chovies in oil,

drained and finely chopped 2 cloves gar­lic, crushed

60 ml (¼ c) le­mon juice 60 ml (¼ c) chopped fresh

pars­ley

250 g but­ter, at room

tem­per­a­ture

1 Mix the in­gre­di­ents. Shape into a roll, wrap in cling­film and chill in the re­frig­er­a­tor for 30 min­utes.

2 Slice and serve with the steaks.
