ANCHOVY BUTTER

125 ml (½ c) anchovies in oil,
drained and finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed
60 ml (¼ c) lemon juice 60 ml (¼ c) chopped fresh
parsley
250 g butter, at room
temperature
1 Mix the ingredients. Shape into a roll, wrap in clingfilm and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2 Slice and serve with the steaks.
