Honey and soy pork chops with pineapple salsa

HONEY AND SOY PORK CHOPS WITH PINEAPPLE SALSA

MARINADE AND MEAT 30 ml (2 T) honey

30 ml (2 T) hoisin sauce 15 ml (1 T) soy sauce 4 boneless pork chops such as the neck, cut 2,5 cm thick SALSA

1 can (440 g) pineapple chunks, drained

1 red pepper, diced 1 small onion, finely

chopped

1 green chilli, seeded and

chopped

10 ml (2 t) lemon juice pinch of salt

1 Marinade and meat Mix the honey, hoisin sauce and soy sauce and rub over the chops.

2 Allow to marinate for 15 minutes, then braai over moderate to hot coals, for about 15 minutes turning often until golden brown and done.

3 Salsa Mix together all the ingredient­s. Serve with the meat.
