Six sauces and flavoured butters
CHEESE AND MUSHROOM SAUCE
1 SERVES 2 Preparation 10 min Cooking 10 min
15 ml (1 T) oil
125 g mushrooms, sliced 2 cloves garlic, chopped 125 ml (½ c) sour cream handful grated
Parmesan cheese thin slices of Cheddar cheese
1 Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms and garlic until done, about 3 minutes.
2 Add the sour cream and simmer until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
3 Place thin slices of Cheddar cheese on each steak before topping with the sauce.
