Sweet potatoes with flavoured butter

2 SERVES 1 Preparation 5 min Cooking 45-60 min

1-2 sweet potatoes in the jacket

per person flavoured butter of your choice

(recipes on pages 15 and 70)

1 Rub the sweet potatoes with the butter and wrap in foil. Place close to moderate coals for 45-60 minutes or until soft.

2 Slit the top and dot with flavoured butter.
