Mediterran­ean crushed baby potatoes

300 g baby potatoes, boiled and

drained

250 g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 250 g pitted olives, chopped

100 g capers

60 ml (¼ c) olive oil 1 Arrange the potatoes in an ovenproof dish and crush slightly with a fork.

2 Topping Mix all the ingredient­s well and pour over the potatoes.

3 Braai the potatoes in a kettle braai over high heat until golden brown and crisp. Stir occasional­ly to prevent the potatoes catching.
