S’mores with digestive biscuits

200 g marshmallo­ws

400 g digestive biscuits

100 g each milk and white chocolate

1 Thread 1 or 2 marshmallo­ws at a time on long skewers and toast over the coals until melting.

2 Put the marshmallo­w(s) between 2 biscuits and press together.

3 Melt the chocolate in separate saucepans over the coals. Dip half of the cookie in milk chocolate and the other in white. Leave to set.
