HOW TO BRAAI PRAWNS
* Braai the prawns directly on the grill over medium-hot coals. Turn often and baste. The prawns are cooked when the shells turn pink, which should be after about 8 minutes. Heat the rest of the marinade and serve as a dipping sauce.
* You could cook the prawns in a cast-iron pot on the braai. Place the prawns and sauce or marinade in the pot and braai over hot coals until cooked. Shake the pot regularly while braaiing.
