Why do you love braaiing?

It reminds me of family. Every family event growing up was around a braai, from christenings to birthdays, even my graduation. I love the social aspect of being around a braai. What is your must-have at a braai? Biltong, feta, tomato and mushroom pap tart. I love making a pap dish to serve with a braai. The pap tart is such a different take on the traditional way of serving pap at a braai. It also looks great when it comes out of the oven!
