50 g Parme­san cheese

(op­tional) salt and pep­per juice and zest of 1 le­mon olive oil

1 Process all the in­gre­di­ents ex­cept the oil in a food pro­ces­sor un­til smooth, adding just enough oil through the spout to give the paste a runny con­sis­tency.
