Fruit cup

This healthy fruit dish makes for a sweet and fill­ing break­fast.

1 fruit cup

Prepa­ra­tion time: 5 min­utes

125 ml (½ c) fruit salad 200 ml fat-free, plain yo­ghurt 125 ml (½ c) muesli mint leaves to gar­nish (op­tional)

1 Purée half the fruit salad and mix with the yo­ghurt. 2 Sprin­kle the muesli in the bot­tom of a glass and spoon the yo­ghurt mix­ture on top. 3 Place the re­main­ing fruit salad on top and gar­nish with mint leaves, if us­ing.
