SPINACH EGG TOR­TILLAS WITH MACK­EREL FILL­ING

As an al­ter­na­tive, make one large roulade by spread­ing the egg tor­tilla mix­ture evenly in a greased bak­ing sheet. Bake at 180 °C for 10-15 min­utes un­til done. Add the fill­ing, roll up firmly and cut into thick slices.
