SPINACH EGG TORTILLAS WITH MACKEREL FILLING
As an alternative, make one large roulade by spreading the egg tortilla mixture evenly in a greased baking sheet. Bake at 180 °C for 10-15 minutes until done. Add the filling, roll up firmly and cut into thick slices.
