Looks as if JAY-Z has already bonded with his unborn twins! The rap mogul was spotted tenderly caressing wife BEYONCÉ’s pregnant belly while attending a basketball game in Los Angeles.

The singer looked glam in statement shades and a Gucci suit and bag – but people were quick to notice her plump lips, which sparked speculation she’s had lip injections.

But her publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure, was quick to shut them down, saying in a statement, “Did you know that [during pregnancy], in addition to weight gain there’s often a dramatic change in the blood flow in the system and increased fluid, causing swelling? Do you know that often women’s gums get swollen? Do you know that it sometimes affects our speech, our ability to chew intently and a host of other things?” Okay then!
