Congrats to IAN SOMERHALDER (38) and NIKKI REED (28) who are expecting their first child. The Twilight actress announced the news on Instagram, posting a photo of her husband, star of The Vampire Diaries, planting a tender kiss on her pregnant belly.

In a sweet message to her child she wrote, “Hi Little One. I know you, but only because I feel you. How is it possible to love someone so much already?”

The couple celebrated their second wedding anniversary on 26 April, with Ian describing his wife as “the most amazing human in the world”. Aw.
