Wedding bells for Hailey & Justin?
Canadian pop star JUSTIN BIEBER (24) popped the question to American model HAILEY BALDWIN (21) and she said yes! Witnesses claim to have seen the proposal go down at a restuarant in the Bahamas, according to gossip site TMZ.
The Friends singer’s security team told everyone to put away their phones because something special was about to happen.
After reports started surfacing – and Justin’s parents, Pattie Mallette and Jeremy Bieber (both 43), posted cryptic tweets – Hailey’s dad, actor Stephen Baldwin (52), fanned the flames with a tweet of his own and tagged Pattie and Jeremy to congratulate them.
“Let’s all pray for His will to be done. Love you two so much!” read the post, which was quickly deleted.
Justin and Hailey, who first dated for several weeks in 2016, have been almost inseparable since reuniting a few weeks ago. Until recently Justin was linked to his old flame Selena Gomez (25) again and Hailey was apparently dating Canadian singersongwriter Shawn Mendes (19). And although fans are shocked that they’re set to wed, the Grammy winner might have hinted at his plans when they first hooked up.
In February 2016 Justin told GQ he wanted to be careful not to rush things with Hailey in case she ended up being the one. “What if Hailey ends up being the girl I’m gonna marry, right? If I rush into anything, if I damage her, then it’s always gonna be damaged,” he said.
