Get the most from your mascara

STEP 1 Apply one or two coats of mascara to the outer part of the lashes. Start at the roots and work your way to the tips, gently moving the mascara wand from side to side. STEP 2 Wait 15 seconds then repeat step 1, alternating between your eyes with each application. Apply two to three coats on each eye. STEP 3 Wait a few seconds, then apply mascara to the inner part of the lashes, working from the roots to the tips while moving the brush from side to side. Apply two to three coats on each eye. TIP If you have fine or short lashes, lift the upper lid with your index finger. This makes it easier to apply mascara from the roots so your lashes look fuller.
