Céline’s baby ad branded ‘satanic’
Earlier this month, CÉLINE DION launched a gender-neutral children’s clothing brand in collaboration with Nununu called Celinununu.
In the launch video, the 50-year-old walks into a hospital nursery and blows black glitter onto newborn babies – dressed in pink and blue – causing their onesies to turn black and white.
But the singer’s newest endeavour hasn’t received quite the reception she’d hoped for. According to Catholic pastor and exorcist Monsignor John Esseff, the video’s message is “definitely satanic”.
The holy man, who’s been carrying out exorcisms for more than 40 years, says the “demonic dimension” of Celinununu runs deep, despite the company’s insistence its goal is to “enable [children] to be who they are beyond stereotypes or any norm”.
