What an amazing love story! You make me happy just looking at you. I wish you two life-long happiness.

God bless you and all the very best for 2019 and the rest of your lives together. MAL, EMAIL a one-hour walk. I discovered delicious alcoholfree drinks which made socialising easier. I told my friends I was doing Dry January to raise money for charity – some of them even joined me! I enjoyed having more time to read and I was no longer falling asleep in front of the TV!

There were also great short-term benefits – my skin improved, I lost 3kg and I slept so much better. More importantly, there were long-term benefits. I’m much more aware of how much I’m drinking and rarely go beyond recommended limits.

I’ve now signed up for Dry January 2019 and this year it’s much easier – now I know I can socialise and enjoy myself without relying on booze. GRATEFUL, SEA POINT
