Backstreet’s back!

It’s official – the boys are back with a new album, single and world tour

- COMPILED BY NICI DE WET

The iconic boyband, which had huge success in the ’90s and early noughties with hits such as Quit Playing Games with My Heart, Everybody (Backstreet’s Back) and Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely, are releasing their 10th album, DNA, on 25 January.

It features their brand-new track, Chances, written by One Republic’s Ryan Tedder and singer Shawn Mendes.

In May the boys embark on their DNA World Tour, which will see them play 69 dates across Europe and North America.

“The journey is ongoing with us and there’s so much left to do,” Brian Littrell says.

“We’re living the next chapter that hasn’t been told yet, and that’s exciting.”
