I read your article on the Watson family (YOU, 31 January) and can’t understand how people who profess such high Christian values could’ve been party to this alleged robbery.

While I understand they felt it was their Christian and moral duty to sup- port the ANC’s struggle to rule this land, I can’t help but feel they may have lost their way and allowed greed to overrule good sense.

If they aided and abetted Zuma and his cronies, they contribute­d to the misery being felt by the poor, homeless and unemployed in this country.

They allegedly helped to rob the Treasury in order to line their own pockets and those of the members of the ANC who facilitate­d the grand plan.
