DEBBIE GRUVE, EMAIL The article on adult braces (YOU, 31 January) made me think back to when my teenage son had braces for protruding teeth. He suffered them for more than two years and a few months after they were removed his teeth went back to square one. He refused to go through it all again, so I wonder about adults having this expensive procedure done which may not work anyway. SCEPTICAL, EMAIL
