WE LOOK BUT DON’T ALWAYS SEE

I glanced at the article on Jono and Iska (YOU, 3 January) without registering the physical challenges they face in life.

The other day I happened to pick up and read the article on their wedding and happiness.

I’d been feeling sorry for myself until I saw the picture of Jono with his face to the sun, his smiling bride on his arm.

This article reminded me to enjoy and be grateful for the uncomplicated things in life. Thank you, Jono, Iska and YOU. MARGARET, EMAIL
