Dry shampoo

Washing your hair every day can cause it to become dry and brittle, which is why dry shampoo is an exercise bunny’s best friend! It helps refresh your hair, giving it volume as a bonus and allowing you to postpone washing your hair for a day or two.

The trick is to apply dry shampoo to your roots before your workout so it’ll absorb sweat. If you apply it to sweaty hair after exercising, it’ll become cakey and stiff. You can also dry your hair with a hairdryer on a low setting then apply dry shampoo for volume and odour-control.

Don’t go more than two or three days without washing your hair or you’ll end up with a build-up of product and sweat.
