HOW IT WORKS This is like a personal shopper who goes to different shops for you. Download the OneCart app, then register and include your delivery address to start shopping from multiple stores*. OneCart is available in most of Johannesburg, Centurion, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town. You can shop from stores found in malls such as Woolworths, Pick n Pay, CNA and Dis-Chem, as well as stores outside malls such as Food Lover’s Market and Makro. OneCart goes and buys everything for you and delivers it in one go, usually within the same day.

COSTS Delivery is R45 to go to all the stores in a mall. If you order from a speciality store outside a mall, it’s R45 a store. You can pay with a credit or cheque card, via EFT, i-Pay or using the OneCart digital wallet if you have credit available (where returns are stored once processed).

WHAT TO BUY If it’s not sold in a shop, you can’t order it from OneCart – staff go to stores on your behalf so you can buy only what’s in shops.

RETURNS POLICY If items are delivered and you’re unhappy, you can give it back to the driver. Refunds are processed within two working days and paid into the OneCart wallet. You can transfer the money from your wallet into your bank account or use this money on your next purchase.
