HOW IT WORKS Order via Woolworths.co.za or the Woolworths app*. You must register before making purchases and include your delivery address. Choose a delivery slot – between 10am and 1pm or between 2pm and 5pm. Orders that don’t include food are delivered within three to five days. The delivery times on food orders vary depending on where you live. You also have the option to buy online and then pick up your items with the Click and Collect system. There are 60 of these stores, which Woolworths rolled out in earlier lockdown levels.

COSTS Delivery is between R50 and R90, depending on where you live and what you’ve bought. It’s free if your basket is worth more than R475 and you’re buying home, beauty and fashion items but not free for food no matter how much you’re spending. Click and Collect is free. You can pay using your credit card or Woolworths store card.

WHAT TO BUY You can buy any fashion, beauty or home products you’d find in stores online. Food availability depends on where you live.

RETURNS POLICY You can return or exchange items bought online at your nearest Woolworths store at the customer service counter. The company has extended its returns policy from 60 days to 90 days from the date of purchase, and you’ll have to produce your tax invoice as proof of purchase, including online purchases.
