The wind speed in kilometres per hour recorded in some parts of India during Cyclone Amphan. The cyclone caused havoc in India and Bangladesh last month, with more than 80 people dying and thousands left homeless. It was the strongest cyclone ever recorded in the Bay of Bengal – the north-eastern part of the Indian Ocean bounded by India and Bangladesh.
