GOING SOLO
Looks like it’s all over for reality TV star SCOTT DISICK and model SOFIA RICHIE. The relationship fizzled out, a source close to the couple says, but there are clearly issues that led to the breakup – including the fact that Scott was back in rehab recently. The Flip It like Disick host, who’s struggled with alcohol and drug addiction, checked himself in to deal with “past traumas believed to be linked to his mental health and substance abuse”, the insider says. But he left the facility in Colorado less than a week later after a picture of him at the centre leaked online.
“Scott isn’t the best version of himself right now and it’s been a lot for Sofia,” the source explains. “She thinks he has a lot on his plate right now and that it’s best for them to be apart so he can focus on himself. She’s only looking out for him and his best interests.”
Scott and Sofia had been quarantining separately, which also took a toll on their romance.
Apparently, Scott’s increasingly close relationship with ex KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN (41) – the mother of his three children, sons MASON (10) and REIGN (5) and daughter PENELOPE (7) – didn’t sit well with the 21-year-old model either.
Scott’s devotion to Kourtney and the kids was apparent when he rang in his 37th birthday late last month. He and Kourt hosted a lavish party with her family in attendance and enjoyed a trip to Lake Powell, Utah, as a family of five.
