When she isn’t on set, you’ll find NICOLE BESSICK in the boxing ring.
The 26-year-old actress has made a name for herself in boxing circles where she’s known as Action Barbie.
“The name speaks for itself. These hands smash stereotypes – and skulls,” she says. “You don’t want none of this.”
Nicole plays Britney in the IGTV drama Lockdown Heights, but she’s best known for her role as Chloë in Broken Vows.
In between filming, the actress has been nursing cuts and bruises while training for an upcoming match.
“The biggest challenge on my road to fight night was getting my fitness back on track,” she tells us.
“I went from training two to three times a day pre-Covid to not at all once lockdown hit. But I’ve got an incredible team who helped me get back in shape in no time.”
Judging by these pictures, Nicole is more than fighting fit!

AKANI SIMBINE and JO PRINS are engaged.
The Olympic sprinter recently proposed to his long-term girlfriend over a romantic dinner.
Jo, a professional netball player, posted the happy news on social media using the hashtag #SprintingtoSimbine.
“I said yes in sub-10 seconds. And after these couple of weeks of being your fiancée, I’d say it even faster,” she said.
“No time spent with you will ever be enough, but let’s start with forever. I can’t wait to marry you.”
The couple are keeping the wedding details close to their chest but Akani clearly can’t wait to run down the aisle.
“This is the beginning of everything,” he says.
